1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

  • Account information (email, name) via Google Sign-In
  • PC build descriptions and component lists you submit
  • Environment photos you optionally upload
  • Payment information processed securely by Stripe

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate PC build visualizations based on your input
  • Process payments and manage your credit balance
  • Improve our AI models and service quality

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our Cloud infrastructure. Build data, including generated images, is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual builds or your entire account at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Firebase - Authentication
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Microsoft Azure - Cloud infrastructure and AI services

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. Your build descriptions may be used to improve our AI models, but are not shared publicly without your consent.

6. Account Deletion and Data Export

Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:

  • All your builds, images, and personal data will be permanently deleted
  • Your authentication account will be removed from Firebase
  • Remaining paid credit balance will be refunded (see Terms of Service)
  • This action is immediate and irreversible

Data Export: Before deleting your account, you can export all your data including build information and generated images as a downloadable file.

Abuse Prevention: To prevent abuse of our promotional credits system, we retain a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address after deletion. This hash cannot be used to recover your email address but allows us to identify previously deleted accounts.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data at any time
  • Delete your builds and account with full refund of paid credits
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request correction of inaccurate data

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
