1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VIZBUILD, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VIZBUILD is an AI-powered visualization tool that generates photorealistic renders of PC builds based on user-provided component descriptions. The service uses artificial intelligence to research components and create visual representations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VIZBUILD to:

  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. Payment and Credits

VIZBUILD operates on a credits-based system. Credits can be purchased in packs and are used to generate builds and refinements. Unused credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.

Refund Policy: If you choose to delete your account, the cash value of any remaining paid credits will be refunded to your original payment method. Promotional or bonus credits (such as new user credits) are not refundable.

Automatic refunds are processed for payments made within the last 90 days. For older payments, we will contact you to arrange a manual refund.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:

  • All your builds and associated data will be permanently deleted
  • Remaining paid credit balance will be refunded (see Refund Policy above)
  • This action is immediate and irreversible
  • You may export your data before deletion

7. Generated Content

You retain rights to use images generated through VIZBUILD for personal and commercial purposes. However, generated images may not perfectly represent actual products and should not be used as official product imagery.

8. Limitation of Liability

VIZBUILD is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate visualizations or service interruptions.
